- • By submitting a tea stall listing, you confirm that you have the right to share that
information and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
- • We reserve the right to modify, remove, or reject any content that violates our
guidelines.
2.3 Personal Conduct
- • You must use the app lawfully and respectfully. Any attempt to upload false,
misleading, or harmful content will result in account suspension or removal.
- • Users must not use the app for any illegal activities, spam, harassment, or fraud.
3. Shop Listings & Liability Disclaimer
- • Chaiwala App serves only as a platform to display tea stall locations added by
users.
- • We do not verify the existence, accuracy, or quality of any tea stall added by users.
- • If there is any dispute related to a tea stall listing, it must be resolved between the
concerned parties. Chaiwala App holds no liability for any issues related to shop
details.
4. Location & Privacy Permissions
- • Chaiwala App requires GPS access to show nearby tea stalls and provide navigation.
- • Location data is used only for app functionality and not for any other purposes.
- • Users can disable location services from their device settings, but some app features
may not work without it.
5. Limitation of Liability
- • We do not guarantee that all tea stall listings will be accurate, complete, or up-to-
date.
- • ChaiwalaApp is not responsible for any issues related to wrong addresses, missing
tea stalls, or business closures.
- • We do not endorse any tea stall listed in the app.

posted in the app, and continued use of the app signifies your acceptance of the
